- We accept free returns within 7 days of delivery.
- All products that are sent back must be unused and in similar condition to when it was delivered. Any make up stains, perfume smells etc will lead to the return being rejected.
- The refund amount will be credited in the same account with which the purchase was made within 5-7 working days.
- In the case of returns, shipping costs (if any) will be non-refundable.
- Reclamation reserves the rights to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
- Unfortunately, all items bought on sale will be marked as final and will not be available for refunds.
